What is URL Redirect and how does it work?

URL Redirect (sometimes known as URL Forwarding) is a technique which can be used to redirect a domain to another URL which is either too long or too hard to remember for a web user.

When you set up the URL Redirect option for a domain in Namecheap, it redirects anyone who visits your website to the proper location of your web server, in order to access the web site files.
